Lunch Break Yoga Flow
Take a lunch break with me to practice yoga! We’ll incorporate dynamic movements to counteract all the sitting many of us are doing during the work day, with a bit of work for the core, just for fun. This practice is for all levels.
Equipment needed: none
(Optional: something to cushion your knees)
This sequence includes:
- Centering 
- Mindful movement in a reclined position - Core work 
 
- Mindful movement on hands & knees - Cat/cow 
- Bird dog (opposite arm/leg balance) 
- Wrist stretch 
 
- Reclined pigeon 
- Reclined twist 
- Final Relaxation
