A Simple Yin Practice

This shorter yin practice provides lots of information and instruction, so it’s a great introduction to the practice for beginners. Plenty of quiet moments allow time to experience the information in an embodied way.

Equipment needed: one blanket, and either two blocks or a second blanket (optional)

This practice includes:

  1. Centering

  2. Supported Fish

  3. Reclined Pigeon

  4. Reclined Butterfly

  5. Final Relaxation
