Yin & the Elements 6-week SERIES - Sign up!

Explore the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine through practices for the physical & energetic body, including yin yoga, acupressure, and self myofascial release. Each one-hour class will include physical practice, meditation and Taoist philosophy. Postures are held for 1-5 minutes with an opportunity for somatic meditation and may include myofascial release techniques. Options will be offered for varying abilities, available equipment, and all levels of practice.

This product includes the full 6-week series, beginning 10/17/22. Live classes are held on Google Meet every Monday at 7:30pm Eastern time. Series pricing includes access to the six class recordings in addition to the live sessions. Drop-ins are also welcome, although the full series is recommended. Both the live classes and recordings for this series are included with Monthly Unlimited pass.
