Candlelight Yin

A special edition of our weekly yin practice, Candlelight Yin will be focused on relaxing our bodies and minds. Give your body the chance to slow down and actually rest! Practicing our relaxation response in class can help us tap into it more easily in our everyday lives. Plus, you’re likely to feel more calm and sleep better.

This one-hour class will include a gentle physical practice and meditation. Yin postures are held for 1-5 minutes with an opportunity for somatic meditation in each shape. The practice will conclude with a restorative final relaxation (savasana) and meditation. Options will be offered for varying abilities, available props, and all levels of practice.

Recommended props: blankets or beach towels, yoga blocks, pillows or bolsters.

To join the class, purchase a pass and the link will be provided in return. If you already have an active pass, no sign-ups are required; you’ll automatically receive the info to join in advance.
