Equipment needed: 1 blanket, 2 blocks

This practice contains:

  • Centering/Opening meditation

  • Supported Fish OR Heart Bench

  • Lunge

  • Supported Bridge

  • Reclined Butterfly

  • Savasana/Closing meditation
