Lunch Break Yoga Flow
Take a lunch break with me to practice yoga! We’ll incorporate dynamic movements to counteract all the sitting many of us are doing during the work day, with a bit of work for the core, just for fun. This practice is for all levels.
Equipment needed: none
(Optional: something to cushion your knees)
This sequence includes:
Centering
Mindful movement in a reclined position
Core work
Mindful movement on hands & knees
Cat/cow
Bird dog (opposite arm/leg balance)
Wrist stretch
Reclined pigeon
Reclined twist
Final Relaxation
