Lunch Break Yoga Flow

Take a lunch break with me to practice yoga! We’ll incorporate dynamic movements to counteract all the sitting many of us are doing during the work day, with a bit of work for the core, just for fun. This practice is for all levels.

Equipment needed: none

(Optional: something to cushion your knees)

This sequence includes:

  1. Centering

  2. Mindful movement in a reclined position

    • Core work

  3. Mindful movement on hands & knees

    • Cat/cow

    • Bird dog (opposite arm/leg balance)

    • Wrist stretch

  4. Reclined pigeon

  5. Reclined twist

  6. Final Relaxation
